Adjoining the owners’ home, and enjoying its own area of garden, it boasts a cosy, very comfortable and attractive interior – the ideal base from which to explore the area’s many delights. A nearby steam railway makes for a relaxing way of seeing the countryside, the shops, riverside pubs, broads (pictured) and paddle steamer trips of Horning village are only 3 miles as are the craft centres and day-boat hire at bustling Wroxham. Sandy beaches are 8 miles and the cathedral city of Norwich is 12 miles. Village store, restaurant and pub 1 mile.
